Ne postoji "problem pasa i macaka lutalica".
Postoji problem neodgovornih vlasnika koji su UZROK i napustene macke i psi koji su POSLEDICA .
Potrebno je ukloniti uzrok ,pa nece biti ni njegovih posledica , sankcionisanjem ljudi koji napustaju svoje pse i macke , u skladu sa vayecim zakonima , postupanjem inspekciojskih sluzbi po zakonu .
Nepostupanje inspekcijskih sluzbi omogucuje opstanak ovog skupog drustvenog problema , indukuje njegovo brutalno protivzakonito resavanje , dovodi do krsenja Ustava Rep.Srbije neprimenjivanjem vazecih zakona .
There is no problem of stray dogs and cats. The problem is the irresponsible owners who abandon their pets, which is against the law and should be fined. Abandoned dogs and cats are the consequence! The cause for this is in the irresponsible keeping of these animals.
No kill strategy for eradication of this cause
The owners who abandon their animal should be punished according to law.
Several projects should be applied at the same time
- Project of microchiping , registration and antirabical vaccination of all dogs that have owners -door to door.

- Project of rehoming dogs and cats -PROJEKAT REUDOMLJAVANJA PASA I MAČAKA
- Project of punishment of irresponsible owners , by realization system of control door to door , trough collaboration with inspections - PROJEKAT SANKCIONISANJA NEODGOVORNIH VLASNIKA u saradnji sa lokalnim ( komunalnom) I republickim( veterinsrskom) inspekcijskim sluzbama - po sistemu od praga do praga .

PLEASE FRIENDS, SIGN THE PETITION AGAINST DOG KILLINGS IN BELGRAD, IN THE
Belgrade authorities announced (thru media) a big roundup of street/abandoned Dogs.
Reason for this "street cleaning" is a sport manifestation "The European Olympic Youth Festival" (will be held from 21 to 28 July in Belgrade . )

Belgrade authorities practice "street cleaning" for every manifestation they host, this "cleaning" means that all street dogs residing in the area of planed festival- has to be gone. Many are killed by inhumane methods (and you can read about those methods here: www.c4sain.bravehost.com/Reports.html > those are past cases for which we have documentation )
and some Dogs do get bought off from shinters/dog catchers - but meny suffer badly by the time they were held in city kill pound "OVCA".
Shinters/dogcatchers are not animal control agency- they are communal enterprises working on controlling the pest population and are using poisons and other chemicals (like T-61) to kill unwanted Dogs.
If those young people (that are to take participation in this Festiva ) knew what is happening just so they can come in Belgrade and play some game, they would never come.
If those sportiests knew for this massacre of abandoned Dogs, they would not play the game.

37 dogs are still on chain (was 150 dogs, but
we have biuld boxes -with help of OIPA,
after this building, stand 43 dogs on chain, but we rehomed 6 -
this month), because now we have not money for building boxes for
them, but we hope that we will. That dogs, which are very kind to
peaple, are dominant and fight when they are together with other
dogs. We are very gloomy, this dogs are now in the meantime, on
chain. They wait new owner or new boxes, but they are in life and
have hope-dogcatcher wanted to kill them, but we rescued them.
